Corinna Moebius connects people to place and places to people as a consultant, teacher, writer, tour guide and placemaking advocate. She is also a public speaker and facilitator.

Corinna focuses on the mindful economic development, preservation and revitalization of urban business districts and commercial corridors. The "hyperlocal."

She is particularly skilled at reaching and engaging diverse community stakeholders, working with them to:

  • preserve, share and cultivate a district's or corridor's special spirit of place;
  • identify and enhance place-based drivers of social and creative capital;
  • facilitate local economic development, sustainability and resilience.

Her practice areas reflect the diverse skills and experience she has garnered from her 20-year career helping places become vibrant, inclusive and sustainable:

On January, 2012, Corinna launched an extensive online guide to her own Miami neighborhood of Little Havana (LittleHavanaGuide.com). The guide includes nearly 100 of her original articles about local arts, culture, small businesses, etc. Corinna is also working on a print version of the guide and a book.

Corinna also leads exciting walking tours of Little Havana.
